Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Relationship Managers for our Central Line business. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, team management, target achievement, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Relationship Managers.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, site visits, and conversions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
  • Assist team members in handling critical customer interactions and closing high-value deals.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain sales reports, MIS, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
  • Drive adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Good understanding of residential real estate sales processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Location: Mumbai – Central Line
