JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to manage and guide a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, improving team performance, and ensuring consistent lead conversion through effective coaching, monitoring, and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to achieve sales goals.
Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions of the team.
Drive B2B sales initiatives and support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
Assist team members in deal negotiations and closing high-value deals when required.
Track team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve productivity.
Ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Review sales pipelines, follow-ups, and lead management to maximize conversions.
Conduct sales meetings, role plays, and performance reviews with the team.
Support the team in client presentations, product demonstrations, and communication when necessary.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales processes.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist in resolving escalations.
Required Skills
Strong B2B sales and inside sales experience
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience in team handling and performance management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to coach and motivate sales teams
Good understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B/Inside Sales
1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader Experience managing Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
