Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition (Unpaid) team member. The role involves managing the talent acquisition process, including full-life cycle recruiting, identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding strategies. You will collaborate with hiring managers and consultants to ensure efficient and effective recruitment while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and a strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability
• Familiarity with Employer Branding and promoting the organization's talent strategy
• Skills in Hiring and identifying qualified candidates for diverse roles
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred but not required
