Customer Support Associate – E-commerce (Voice & Chat)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an E-commerce process (Voice & Chat). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions
  • Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC / Graduate Freshers only
  • No UAN should be activated
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 in-hand + Incentives
  • 5 Days Working
  • Home drop facility between 8 PM – 6 AM

Shift Details:

  • 24/7 Rotational Shift
  • 9.5 Hours shift
