About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. A passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent are essential. Experience working within the gaming industry is a strong plus, as we continue to scale in this exciting and fast-paced sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across various teams and roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through diverse channels and maintain a proactive talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate relocation processes for new hires when applicable, including liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Measure and report recruitment KPIs (time to hire, source of hire, pipeline conversion rates, etc.) and make data-driven improvements.
  • Document and standardize the end-to-end recruitment process and workflows.
  • Collaborate on HR and culture projects, such as onboarding programs, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., satisfaction surveys).
  • Stay informed about market trends, particularly in the gaming and tech industries.
  • Support HR local team depending on the workload.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
  • Workday recruitment knowledge is a great plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience recruiting in the gaming industry or for gaming-related roles (e.g., game designers, developers, artists, producers).
  • Understanding of game development cycles and related talent profiles.
