Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Tech & Product Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in hiring across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Data functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping, and exceptional stakeholder management skills while working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Product roles across multiple business units.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-hire talent across Engineering, Product, Data, QA, UX/UI, and related domains.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through regular hiring updates, market insights, and proactive communication.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Conduct screening interviews to evaluate technical fit, product mindset, cultural alignment, and overall suitability.
- Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, and hiring closure processes.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and funnel conversion.
- Collaborate with employer branding and HR teams to strengthen talent attraction initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the tech ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4–6 years of experience in Technology and Product hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Designers, QA, DevOps, and related tech functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social platforms, and networking channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Good understanding of technology stacks, product organizations, and startup hiring dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for startups, product companies, or high-growth technology organizations.
- Familiarity with market mapping and strategic talent intelligence.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
