What You'll Do:

• Assist in sourcing high-quality candidates for SaaS, AI, and tech startup roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment activity
• Support end-to-end hiring processes, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
• Research industry trends and talent pools for niche startup roles
• Help in building talent pipelines for key functions such as Product, Engineering, and Design

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in tech hiring.
• Strong interest in recruitment, startups, and the tech ecosystem
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive approach
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms (a plus)
• Prior experience in startup hiring is a bonus
