Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team at ZOCA.

In this role you wil be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying the top talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll partner closely with the hiring managers across the organisation to understand their needs and deliver high-quality hires that drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various departments and seniority levels
  • Source qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and hard-to-fill roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior Experience in startups is a must
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and data-driven recruiting strategies
  • Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives
