We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team at ZOCA.
In this role you wil be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying the top talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
You'll partner closely with the hiring managers across the organisation to understand their needs and deliver high-quality hires that drives our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various departments and seniority levels
- Source qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior Experience in startups is a must
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HR metrics and data-driven recruiting strategies
- Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives
