We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The specialist will drive innovative recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, refining job descriptions, and maintaining relationships with potential talent pools.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Hiring strategies and Interviewing techniques
• Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced or start-up environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
