Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including strategy, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key responsibilities will also include developing and implementing strategies for employer branding, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience in creating and executing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members
• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize workload effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 yrs experience in talent acquisition, particularly within fast-paced industries, is an advantage

Compensation: upto 3 LPA
