Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including engaging with candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires for technical positions. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
- Skills in conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidate potential
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and build effective candidate pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
