Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, sourcing top talent, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Your work will directly impact the quality and success of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media, career events, and campaigns.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity hiring goals).
  • Stay current on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in or lead projects related to DE&I, university recruiting, or process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR function.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
