Purpose of the Role
To drive end-to-end recruitment for Marketing functions by building strong talent pipelines and partnering closely with business stakeholders. The role focuses on hiring across Digital, Brand, Performance, Product Marketing, Creative, and Social domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and industry networks
- Identify and hire talent from diverse backgrounds including agencies, startups, FMCG, and consumer tech
- Screen and evaluate candidates on core marketing competencies (digital marketing, branding, analytics, campaign management)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure seamless interview coordination and deliver a strong candidate experience
- Maintain ATS data and track key hiring metrics such as TAT, conversion ratios, and quality of hire
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top marketing talent
Key Requirements
- 24 years of experience with a strong focus on Marketing hiring
- Proven experience hiring for Digital, Brand, Performance, Creative, and Social Media roles
- Strong sourcing expertise (Boolean search, social media sourcing, networking)
- Familiarity with ATS tools and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Good understanding of marketing functions and current talent landscape
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
