We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support our growth by managing end to end hiring and building strong talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit.
Track recruitment metrics and generate analytical reports using MS Excel and ATS dashboards.
Coordinate interview processes, feedback collection, and offer discussions with candidates.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build strong talent pipelines for technical roles including cybersecurity, data privacy, and consulting professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring strategies, employer branding, and recruitment processes.

Requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in technical or consulting domains.
Experience hiring for technical roles ideally within privacy, cybersecurity, IT, or consulting industries.
Hands on experience using ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel and recruitment dashboards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring pipeline metrics.
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing tools and professional networks.
