About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about hiring great talent and partnering closely with business leaders. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment and play a key part in building strong talent pipelines across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring efficiency
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (corporate or agency)
- Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and Boolean search techniques
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of HR policies and hiring best practices
