Role Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our
high-growth Telesales and Telecollections teams. This role is critical in supporting rapid business
expansion through consistent, high-quality frontline hiring at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for Telesales and Telecollections functions
- Deliver high-volume hiring targets of 5080 hires per month
- Build strong sourcing pipelines through:
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Social media and digital sourcing
Employee referrals
Consultants and vendor partnerships
Local market hiring channels
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities
- Support key HR operations for these teams, including joining, documentation, and employee coordination
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards for leadership reporting
- Ensure hiring processes align with NBFC hiring standards and compliance expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring in Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, or BPO environments
- Strong understanding of frontline sales and collections hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities
Qualifications
- MBA preferred (not mandatory)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Language Requirement
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
