Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Adecco's global recruitment centers.
  • Source candidates via job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate panel interviews and selection discussions with hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates on open positions, pipeline status, and hiring challenges.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Prepare salary proposals and manage offer negotiations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR Operations for smooth joining.
  • Maintain compliance with internal processes and local regulations.
