Job Description

  • As an important part of our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Become part of our dynamic team In close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will recruit the best talents for various areas in our company
What your day will look like
  • You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for roles in specific departments in France and the UK: You create requirement profiles in coordination with the specialist department, take over the active sourcing and evaluate the candidate during Interviews.
  • You ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process by constantly informing candidates about the current status of the process and acting as a reliable contact person in case of questions.
  • You work closely with the specialist departments and keep them up to date about the latest in your recruiting area.
  • Beyond the direct approach, you will develop long-term recruiting channels and ensure that we take the right measures in HR marketing (eg University fairs).
What you need to fulfill the role
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic tech start-up or medium-sized company
  • Proven success in the direct approach / active sourcing of candidates (m/f/d) for various positions in an international environment
  • Relevant professional experience in the use of application management systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
  • Digital mind-set and enthusiasm for social media, technologies and trends
  • You enjoy teamwork and like to bring in new ideas
  • Very good written and spoken French and English skills
