Job Title: Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 6+ Years

Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition & SP Execution, Campus Hiring - Recruiter plays a strategic role in the recruitment function and is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing the recruitment team, and developing strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role ensures the company attracts and hires top talent while optimising the recruitment process.

  • Authority: Authority to manage leave, performance, and mentor the talent acquisition team

  • Key Responsibilities & Tasks: Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.

Build & Manage trusted with key stakeholders & hiring Managers, both onsite and remote and provide strategic guidance. Manage the recruitment team and optimize team performance.

Set and track team and individual recruitment goals and KPIs.

Track metrics, create and share reports & promote team productivity.

Build and nurture pipelines for critical talent and hard-to-fill positions. Lead, train, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and efficiency.

Mentor new associates & coach existing ones Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment and enhance the candidate experience.

Oversee the use of recruitment technologies and platforms.

Develop and refine recruitment processes and workflows.

  • Skills/Competencies: Proven work experience as a recruiter, including several years of management experience.

Experience in direct sourcing & networking, including social networking, referral Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills and presentation skills.

Strong consultative skills, capable of advising business leaders on recruitment strategies. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions.

Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines Good organizational skill, with high attention to details

  • Functional Skills/Competencies: Manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

Improve and streamline recruitment workflows and technologies.

Manage external partners and internal stakeholders to meet business hiring goals
