Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in HQ at Pune .

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for spearheading the recruitment process, managing the full hiring cycle, conducting interviews, executing employer branding initiatives, and developing strategies for attracting top talent. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to identify hiring needs and maintain a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Min 2 to 4 years Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing hiring processes
• Experience in technology hiring in the field of IT, Cyber security , Application security.
• Skills in Interviewing and Evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit for roles
• Expertise in Recruiting strategies and Employer Branding efforts to attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven capacity to meet recruitment deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology is a plus
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance considerations
• Preferred: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
