About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6–9 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and job profiling to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding—while keeping management informed through clear, data‑driven recruitment metrics and dashboards.
This role is critical to building and sustaining a high‑performing manufacturing workforce aligned with our business goals and operational timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for manufacturing roles (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.). and from junior positions to senior top leadership positions.
- Partner closely with plant managers, HR, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and prioritize open positions.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, campus drives, and direct sourcing specific to the manufacturing domain.
- Conduct end‑to‑end hiring: screening, shortlisting, interviews (panel/technical), background checks, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory norms.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑acceptance rate, source‑of‑hire, and hiring‑manager satisfaction to senior management.
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports (weekly/month ladder) to keep management informed on hiring progress, bottlenecks, and pipeline health.
- Continuously analyse recruitment data to identify trends, improve process efficiency, and support strategic workforce planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS, and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search.
- Ability to interpret and present recruitment metrics and dashboards in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and influencing skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (HR / Management / Engineering is a plus).
