Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Non-Tech Hiring

Reporting To: Head of HR

Work Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in non-technical hiring across diverse roles from Startups. The role will work closely with the Head of HR to drive end-to-end recruitment, strengthen hiring processes, and support business growth through quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions across multiple non-technical functions such as Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Corporate Functions.
  • Partner with business heads to understand strategic workforce needs, role requirements, and succession planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of senior professionals across diverse industries.
  • Source candidates through executive search, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct high-level screening and assessment, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for senior talent.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding while ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Track, report, and analyze hiring metrics, ensuring data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Provide guidance on compensation benchmarking and market trends for senior roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in non-technical talent acquisition.
  • Strong domain knowledge and Start up industry.
  • Proven experience in executive search and strategic hiring for senior roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry sourcing tools.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience hiring senior level roles.
  • Exposure to multi-location hiring or pan-India recruitment.

Experience hiring for diverse business functions in mid-to-large organizations or fast-growing companies.
