Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networks.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience by coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer discussions.
Maintain and track recruitment pipelines, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
Support HR and people operations, including onboarding coordination and documentation.
Assist in streamlining internal processes and operational workflows to improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Prior experience hiring for tech, design, or digital roles will be an advantage.
