End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for open positions, ensuring cost-effective methods and adherence to company policies and processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers to support and guide them through the hiring process, including defining qualification criteria and optimizing assessment strategies.
Hiring Manager Enablement
- Deliver coaching and training to upskill hiring managers, helping them become proficient and confident in recruitment practices.
Direct Sourcing and Candidate Engagement
- Leverage direct sourcing techniques to attract and engage high-quality candidates while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Candidate Interviews
- Conduct interviews at multiple stages of the hiring process including initial screening, first-round, and second-round interviews.
Vendor and Agency Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support hiring needs.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to ensure data integrity in systems and provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders for informed decision-making.
KPI Delivery and Continuous Improvement
- Consistently meet Talent Acquisition KPIs and contribute to process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
HR Transformation and Projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and ways of working as part of HR transformation initiatives. Act as a change agent in your region.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within a multinational IT environment
- Deep understanding of managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for both high-volume and niche/specialist IT roles
- Proficiency with HR databases, ATS (preferably SuccessFactors), CMSs, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong interviewing experience and familiarity with diverse assessment methodologies
- Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and candidates (often in virtual settings)
- Skilled in data tracking and reporting to support business-aligned recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional language(s) is a plus
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and agile working skills
