Role Description

This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in New Delhi. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong employer branding initiatives, and identifying top talent that aligns with the company's values and goals. Daily tasks include sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and optimizing recruitment processes to attract and retain the best professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and strategic talent acquisition processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting diverse talent
• Expertise in Employer Branding and creating strategies to attract talent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in architectural or design-related industries is a plus
