About the Job

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

CTC: up to 6 LPA

City: Mumbai

Annual Retention Bonus: 10% of CTC (released on completion of one year; subject to being on payroll and not serving notice period)

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who enjoysfinding great talent, building relationships with candidates, and understanding what makes agency teams thrive.

This role requires someone who isproactive, organized, and comfortable sourcing talent independently.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Actively source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, and creative communities.
  • Identify and approach passive candidates who may be a strong fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across functions including:
  • Content Writers & Copywriters
  • Designers & Visualizers
  • Video Producers
  • SEO Specialists
  • Account Managers
  • Strategists
  • Customer Success Operations

Recruitment Process Management

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication with candidates.
  • Ensure asmooth and positive candidate experiencethroughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Help refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain adatabase of potential candidatesfor future roles.
  • Leverage networks and referrals to continuously improve talent sourcing.
  • Engage with talent communities relevant to marketing, content, and creative industries.

Recruitment Operations

  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline health.
  • Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionfor amarketing, creative, agency, or start-up roles(this is mandatory)
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort withheadhunting on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to move fast

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
