What are we build
ingWe are developing a platform which will help our field operations team to effectively manage their task, capture cultivation logs from million plus hectares of paddy fields, effectively manage the supply chain of agri-inputs and aggregate third party services required during the lifecycle of paddy fiel

Role Overv
iew:We're looking for a hands-on Recruiter with a strong understanding of startup hiring. The ideal candidate will have a full-cycle recruitment experience and a passion for finding great talent quickly and thoughtfully. You'll work closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently, share insights from the talent market, and make the hiring process smoother and more engaging for everyone invol
