Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and POS hiring across locations
- Drive bulk hiring through vendor partnerships, ensuring timely and quality closures
- Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors/consultants for resume inflow and pipeline building
- Screen and shortlist profiles received from vendors and ensure alignment with role requirements
- Track vendor performance, TATs, and quality of hires
- Partner with business stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring timelines
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards
HR Operations Coordination
- Attendance Management track and validate attendance inputs
- Payroll Coordination manage payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams
- Compliance Vendor Coordination coordinate with external vendors for statutory compliance
- Full Final (FnF) Coordination ensure smooth exit formalities
- Statutory Audits Support assist during audits with required documentation
- Finance Coordination collaborate with finance for payroll, reimbursements, and related matters
- Manage new joinee details and payroll inputs ensuring accuracy and timelines
Candidate Proile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
- Must have hands-on experience in retail bulk hiring and vendor/consultant management
- Strong ability to manage high-volume hiring through external partners
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll inputs, and compliance coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
