Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Pine Labs is undergoing significant growth and its teams are evolving. The company is transforming to become a software provider that enables payments and digitizes merchant stores. In addition, Pine Labs is increasing the pace of growth by expanding into new geographies, acquisitions, and new products. As the company undergoes this transformation and continues its impressive growth journey, it is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently drive the Recruitment Lifecycle forVolume/Bulk Hiring in Retail Sales for our Payments Business.

The responsibilities we entrust you with

• Publishing hiring reports highlighting progress, plans, timelines, and bottlenecks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding in sync with respective hiring managers.
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in volumes through various channels.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and create and execute an effective hiring strategy
• Maintain talent pipelines with past applicants as well as potential candidates for future hiring needs
• Create an excellent candidate experience and handhold candidates for a smooth transition into the organization
• Promote diversity by ensuring recruitment strategies attract candidates from diverse backgrounds

What matters in this role

Relevant Work Experience:

Hiring for FinTech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, Solution Selling in IT and SaaS products, Quick-Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred. Prior experience in Sales hiring, lateral hiring, stakeholder management.

Years of Experience

• 3 to 5 years in Retail and/or Enterprise Sales hiring

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
