Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and talent sourcing strategies to support business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.

Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Drive employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
