Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across technology, product, business, and leadership functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and drive the selection process efficiently.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Drive regular hiring reviews and maintain recruitment dashboards.
Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Drive employee referral programs and talent community engagement.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- 3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology, product, digital, SaaS, platform, or high-growth organizations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Experience hiring for technology, product, engineering, AI/ML, data, and business roles.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
