Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across technology, product, business, and leadership functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and drive the selection process efficiently.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
  • Drive regular hiring reviews and maintain recruitment dashboards.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Drive employee referral programs and talent community engagement.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • 3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology, product, digital, SaaS, platform, or high-growth organizations.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Experience hiring for technology, product, engineering, AI/ML, data, and business roles.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
