Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist – Internal Hiring (US Staffing)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage internal hiring for our US Staffing organization. The ideal candidate must have prior experience hiring US IT Recruiters and US Non-IT Recruiters and possess a strong understanding of the US Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment.
• Hire US IT Recruiters, Non-IT Recruiters, Account Managers, BDMs, Delivery Leads, and support staff.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, coordinate hiring processes, and manage offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US Staffing professionals.
• Partner with leadership to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resrouces and Hiring in a US Staffing/Recruitment firm.
• Mandatory experience hiring US IT and US Non-IT Recruiters.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work Night Shift (US Hours).
• Willingness to work 5 Days Onsite.
