Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent hiring and C2H roles.
• Focus on niche skills such as SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and more.
• Source quality candidates from target companies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), networks, and references.
• Coordinate with candidates during weekdays and weekends drives.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure proper documentation in ATS.
• Participate in online tests and virtual interview rounds (L1 & L2).
• Ensure timely joining of candidates and smooth onboarding.
