About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource / Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist – HRM/BPO to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across PAN India locations.
This is a Remote / PAN India opportunity for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition, pipeline building, and strategic hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, and references
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders for requirement understanding
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
- Negotiate salaries and close candidates within defined timelines
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring databases
- Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements when needed
- Work on employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination
- Meet monthly hiring targets and SLA timelines
Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is mandatory
- Master's degree is required (MBA in HR preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies
- Experience in BPO / HRM / Corporate hiring environments preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
