About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource / Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist – HRM/BPO to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across PAN India locations.

This is a Remote / PAN India opportunity for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition, pipeline building, and strategic hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, and references
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders for requirement understanding
  • Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
  • Negotiate salaries and close candidates within defined timelines
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring databases
  • Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements when needed
  • Work on employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination
  • Meet monthly hiring targets and SLA timelines

Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR
  • Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is mandatory
  • Master's degree is required (MBA in HR preferred)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies
  • Experience in BPO / HRM / Corporate hiring environments preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
