Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
- Understand and hire for digital marketing roles such as performance marketing, social media, content, SEO, influencer marketing, etc.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Ensure target-based hiring by meeting monthly/quarterly recruitment goals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate fitment.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle offer negotiations and closure efficiently.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

- Proven experience in target-based or volume hiring
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

- Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in digital marketing hiring)
