Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and panelists
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (Non-Tech hiring preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
