- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and operational goals
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvement and efficiency
- Support employer branding initiatives and build proactive talent pipelines
