Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Executive HiringManage end-to-end hiring for Senior Manager, Director, and select leadership rolesExecute complex and confidential leadership searches across geographiesConduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and pipeline building for critical rolesEnsure high-quality, diverse candidate slates for leadership positions
Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadershipAct as a trusted advisor on role calibration, talent availability, and hiring strategiesProvide insights on compensation trends and market dynamics
Global Recruitment ExecutionDrive leadership hiring across multiple regions.Collaborate with regional TA teams to ensure alignment and consistencyManage and evaluate external executive search firms and vendors
Process, Data & Candidate ExperienceDeliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience for senior leadersTrack hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity outcomesContinuously improve leadership hiring processes and best practices
Team Collaboration & DevelopmentMentor junior recruiters on leadership hiring and stakeholder managementShare market intelligence and best practices across the TA function
