Job Title: Jr. TA Executive – IT Recruitment

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong IT recruitment experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, sourcing top talent, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting HR operations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs within timelines.
Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment (technical, cultural, and behavioral).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable talent pipelines.
Maintain and update the recruitment database / ATS.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources / Management or equivalent.
Upto 1 year of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate environment).
Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
Experience with various sourcing tools & techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance is an added advantage.
