Job Description

Role: Recruitment Specialist

In-hand Salary: ₹17,200 - ₹24,000 (Based on interview performance and/or work experience).

Employment Type: Full-Time (Freshers Needed. Experienced Candidates, Welcome)

Incentives: A top performer can easily earn a ₹50,000 incentive per month.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Indian Time) [i.e. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time]

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end job search and application campaigns on behalf of 3Engineers clients. The Recruitment Specialist owns all downstream activities, such as researching target roles, sourcing opportunities, submitting applications, and managing all recruiter and employer communications until an interview is secured or the engagement milestone is met.

This is an execution-heavy, detail-oriented role that demands strong organizational discipline, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple active client pipelines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; strong preference for English, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written English, ability to write concisely, precisely, and with professional polish across document types.
  • Familiarity with U.S. resume standards, ATS systems, and job board ecosystems (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
  • Prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, staffing, career coaching, or a consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience writing or editing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or professional bios.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and document formatting best practices.
  • Exposure to AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and the ability to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated content.
  • Understanding of U.S. hiring markets for tech, finance, or healthcare roles is a strong plus.
