This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. The Recruiter will build solid talent pipelines, maintain relationships with candidates, develop job descriptions, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The role will also involve conducting interviews, managing offer negotiations, and onboarding new hires to ensure a successful transition into the company.

• Talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in developing comprehensive job descriptions and managing job postings
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and independently manage multiple hiring priorities
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle hiring challenges effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in recruitment for the interior design or sourcing industry is a plus
