We are seeking a technical recruiter to work collaboratively with the highly versatile, cross-functional HR team to provide collective and qualitative recruitment services to the clients. The ideal candidates are required to work in the US shift from Monday through Friday. They should have a passion for finding highly qualified applicants while adhering to client policies.
About the Role:
• End to end recruitment
• Sourcing Resumes from Job Portal
• Screening resumes
• Performing phone interviews with candidates
• Sharing the shortlisted profiles to the client
Qualification & Certification:
• BCA/MCA Degree or any equivalent qualification in the field of IT.(Preferred)
• Certification in any relevant project exposures.
• Participating in any appropriate training program is a plus.
