Education: Masters's Degree in Human Resources and Management along with Bachelor in Engineering (preferred)

Experience: 2+ Years, Location: Pune

What you'll get to do:

  • Develop, execute and track the recruiting plans and hiring process
  • Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees
  • Leverage internet search and LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates and screen candidates to ensure their skills and competencies match the job description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates for all position
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Provide guidance and support to the new recruits as and when needed

What you need to have:

  • Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Sound technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.)
  • Experience in using various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be able to represent the company to the outside world in a clear and crisp way
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
