Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for bulk hiring requirements
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, for candidates at various stages of the recruitment process
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants
Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment performance and inform talent acquisition strategies
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
