As part of Verdantas HR team, you will drive IT talent acquisition and support broader HR initiatives to strengthen our workforce and employer brand. Your role will ensure we attract top technical talent while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture

    End-to-End IT Recruitmen
    t: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardin
  • g.Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute IT-specific sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and other tech communitie
  • s.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality talent aligned with business need
  • s.Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals through passive sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mappin
  • g.Job Description Management: Create and update IT job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR; ensure postings on career portals and social medi
  • a.Candidate Engagement: Conduct technical and behavioral screening, coordinate technical assessments, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring proces
