Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for End to end Talent Acquisition

Job Description would involve End to End Recruitment ie. Sourcing, Coordinating with candidates through interview, Coordination with internal Stakeholders, Meril Assessment Test, Schedule interview, Salary Negotiation etc.

• 6 days working - Near Andheri beside JB Nagar Chakala Metro Station
• Work Timing - 10 am to 6:30 pm
• Prefer Pharma or Sales hiring or FMCG experience with sales hiring
• Experience in tool - Naukri & Linkedin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Masters equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3-6 years of experience working in Human Resources Talent Acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
