₹4 Lakhs per annum (Fixed + Lead Conversion Incentives)
Experience
1 to 3 years in inside sales, tele-sales or lead generation
Education
Diploma / Graduate in any stream; IT background a plus
Industry
IT Solutions / SaaS / Cybersecurity / Technology Products
Target Segments
SMEs and mid-market companies across manufacturing, shipping, insurance, services
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research and build prospect lists from LinkedIn, directories, Naukri company database and industry lists
- Reach out to prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn — across all channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a structured discovery process
- Book discovery calls and product demos for the AGM Sales team
- Follow up consistently on warm leads until they convert or are disqualified
- Maintain detailed lead records and daily activity reports in CRM (Odoo)
- Support in sending proposals, collaterals and follow-up communication to prospects
- Achieve weekly targets on outreach volume, qualified leads and meetings set
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years of inside sales, telecalling or lead generation experience
- Clear, confident communicator in Hindi and English — both written and verbal
- Comfortable making 40–60 outreach touches per day across calls, WhatsApp and email
- Organised, disciplined and process-oriented — you love a good checklist
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of IT products or willingness to learn quickly
