Job Title: Social Media Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Lead who can drive brand storytelling, oversee execution, and lead a team in delivering impactful digital presence for multiple brands. This role goes beyond execution — you will be responsible for shaping brand voice, leading campaigns, and ensuring measurable growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the social media strategy for multiple brands across platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and oversee monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Guide the team on content ideation, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and on-brand communication.
- Write and review captions, scripts, and campaign messaging to maintain consistency in tone and voice.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with design, content, and performance teams to conceptualize campaigns and content formats.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize content strategies for growth and engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep brands relevant and competitive.
- Manage client communication, present strategies, and provide regular performance updates.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring smooth workflow and skill development.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a digital/social media agency, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing and scaling brand social media pages (agency experience preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into effective campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills — from sharp one-liners to full campaign narratives.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and evolving platform trends.
- Experience in leading brainstorming sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduates from BMM, BMS, BBA, or similar fields preferred.
