Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The role will also involve developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring skilled professionals
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the call center or customer service industry is a plus
