Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop creative strategies for employer branding, and implement best practices for talent acquisition. The role also involves building a strong talent pool to meet the organization's hiring needs and fostering strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Skills in Recruiting and Hiring for specialized roles, particularly in finance or non-tech domains
  • Strong abilities in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in finance recruitment or working with professional roles (e.g., CA, MBA, CMA) is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
